“Going Dutch”

Nieuw-Vennep, 8 August 2008

They started in Amsterdam on June 8th and will finish on August 10th in Beijing. About 40 enthusiastic adventures will drive in a orange coloured caravan of different type of vehicles 17500 km in order to reach Beijing.
Their goal is to support the Dutch athletics for the 2008 Beijing Olympics. The rally is created based on 3 basic elements, Adventure, Sports and Music. A 30 years old city coach was rebuild in to an orange music coach. The rally organisers strongly believe that music and sports can connects cultures!
Additionally the Going Dutch rally is committed to the “Right to Play” charity fund.

GPS is proud to be the official contracted logistics partners for the return of all vehicles from Xingang port (Tianjin, China) to Antwerp, Belgium. As well the return of 7 motorbikes, which finished in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.
