All business is undertaken subject to the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, in its latest version.
Despite the conditions applicable to this agreement the principal shall continuously indemnify GPS - as well as on first request from GPS provide security - for all claims of third parties connected with any order given to GPS, including fiscal claims, penalties and balances payable.
General conditions of third parties operating on behalf of GPS are applicable without fail.
GPS is a tradename of Global Pieter Smit BV.
